The artwork for this product has been designed by Sepsis Survivor, Sarah McAleer.
Entitled ‘My Sepsis Brain’ – this is the first digital drawing Sarah produced as part of her brain re-training exercises she had to do after surviving pneumonia and Sepsis.
Sarah is a goldsmith, jewellery historian and art business mentor by trade. She is also the founder of Sepsis Vitality. Thanks to Sepsis, Sarah spent 3 months in bed and nearly 2 years later is still in long-term recovery mode. Brain fog, chronic fatigue, post traumatic stress and fibromyalgia are some of the symptoms Sarah has experienced as part of her recovery post sepsis. But most shockingly as an artist, Sarah says that Sepsis affected her colour vision!
