A little over a year ago I took the head staggers one weekend to turn a few posts I had written about surviving sepsis into a blog! Well today, The Sepsis Vitality website is a hit reaching all the 2’s  – thats 22,222 views since launch date!

 

I am totally blown away, as I literally grew this from ZERO – no followers, no stories, no idea if anyone really wanted to hear what I had to say!

 

Then during Sepsis month in September 2017 I ran a number of Sepsis related stories on my website which totalled 2360 views alone. This was the turning point and ever since, the site has an average monthly readership of around 2,500 views and growing!

 

I’ve now published over 60 stories – my own story blog, plus a number of Sepsis Survivor and Tribute stories. 

 

And I recently launched the ’Sepsis Soapbox’ – a platform for others (not just me) to be able to share stories about Sepsis and we have published 9 articles written, so far, by 3 authors, with a number of others to be finalised.

 

AND its our STORIES that people are reading – real life stories written by those who have survived Sepsis! Not just our survival or tribute stories, but stories about our recovery, what we went through and the long road after Sepsis that people dont really know about or have much understanding off!
